Pre-MBA, Sitara led pricing strategy at Visa and worked in tax consulting at PwC. At Visa, she focused on debit routing and merchant negotiations, gaining a deep understanding of card networks and the relationships between issuers, acquirers, merchants, and networks. This work helped her better understand how important cost-effective payment options are for smaller merchants, deepening her commitment to using financial infrastructure to improve banking access for underserved communities.

Before Haas, Joy worked at Citigroup in Corporate Development, Sales, and Product Management, gaining deep insights into leveraging technology for financial innovation. Her work on a digital onboarding tool for high-net-worth clients demonstrated how technology can enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. She is driven by the potential of technology to make financial services more inclusive, efficient, and accessible.

Wesley Huang - Careers

Pre-MBA, Wesley worked in strategy and business operations at HSBC, focusing on sales enablement, customer lifecycle management, and GTM strategy for consumer banking products. With experience in product and distribution management, Wesley is passionate about the intersection of fintech, business strategy, and global markets, currently working with EBANX - a global payment solutions provider based in Brazil - as his IBD project to develop a market entry framework for digital payments.

David didn't choose the fintech life, the fintech life chose him! After working for five years in early stage startups, he had the opportunity to join Spendesk, one of France's highest valued fintech startups, to open their US office in San Francisco, CA. After building a US GTM team for 3 years, David moved onto enterprise accounting software before most recently joining Stripe as part of their Platform Partnerships team. What he most enjoys about Fintech is that it applies to every vertical; Fintech is the industry that makes modern commerce possible. A career in Fintech has endless possibilities and teaches one a lot about how the world works

Her experience gave her first-hand experience of how fintechs build powerful products that actually can create positive financial outcomes for the average American, especially those undeserved by traditional credit markets.

This hands-on experience ignited his passion for FinTech, as he recognized its potential to revolutionize financial services by enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and transparency. Driven by this vision, he is committed to leading the FinTech revolution in Chile, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to redefine financial experiences and empower consumers.
