After graduating from Dartmouth College, Hoi started his career at L.E.K. Consulting where he evaluated investment opportunities and conducted due-diligence on behalf of private equity clients. VP Conference

Kelly Blackwell

Kelly is a fintech novice, but is interested in exploring the ways fintech can drive financial inclusion for under-banked communities. This interest led her to Haas, and to becoming the Fintech Club's VP of Conference, so that she can increase awareness and knowledge about fintech within the student population and broader Bay Area community.

Before coming to Haas, Kelly lived in DC and spent the first 5 years of her career working at Accenture as a technology and management consultant. She primarily supported federal financial services and nonprofit clients, developing mission-based strategies for customer experience, marketing and branding initiatives. At Haas, Kelly has continued to explore her interest in the intersection of financial services and technology by interning at a payments/crypto startup in a product marketing capacity.

After Haas, Kelly's goal is to work for a large fintech or tech company, and one day, start her own fintech venture focused on increasing financial literacy and access to financial services for underserved communities.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking, updating her food blog, and exploring the amazing Bay Area food scene. Reach out to Kelly if you have questions about exploring a burgeoning interest in fintech, product marketing, food, or life at Haas.
